About The Chibi Coffee Company

We are a globally based small batch coffee brand. We travel the world to find the best and freshest coffee and roast it in Brooklyn, NY.

When you pick up a fresh 12 oz bag from your local grocer, you can see & smell the difference before you hit your grinder. We tend to lean towards a medium roast to preserve the oils and natural bouquet of the coffee cherry. We like to source full bodied organic, single source arabica coffee.

We are looking to connect with large retailers and distributors to share our story with the world. We may be small batch and craft, but we see that as an advantage. We only select the best suppliers and we hand select our roasters locally to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

May 2025 we see ourselves in Bangkok looking to connect with regional suppliers and distributors. We’ll also be searching for the famous Thai Black Ivory Coffee to see if it’s worth the hype!
